Wings: NSF Legs: NSF Feet: NSf Body: Pelvic fracture Feather condition: In blood Other: Applied red band. Radiographic findings: L pelvic fracture. Initial treatment: 0.17cc Meloxicam, 0.74cc Calcium slurry, 25cc LRS SQ A: Patient presented with L pelvic fracture. Guarded prognosis as fracture is too fresh to tell if L femur joint will be compromised. Will monitor birds progress on cage rest. Body condition is thin, so likely that bird has been on the ground for a few days. P: Rx, Meloxicam, calcium slurry and fluids. SF in AM and HF in not eating. Monitor leg use. Vet check 5/22. Collect blood and fecal 5/20. Take IOPs 5/21.
